For those that haven’t followed me before, my name is Tim Keller. I have a deep background in political science and journalism. I’m interested in current affairs within the nation and abroad, the economy, public policy, and education. I have worked on campaigns and as a staffer in the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives.
So, I’m back. It’s been a while since I blogged and don’t plan on updating multiple times a day like I did with
The Everyday. This new blog will be dedicated to issues in policy and politics at local, state and federal levels. Really just whatever catches my eye that I want to write about and give my opinion on. It’s great if you disagree and I totally welcome it, but please, do it in a civil manner.

If by a “Liberal” they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people — their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, and their civil liberties — someone who believes we can break through the stalemate and suspicions that grip us in our policies abroad, if that is what they mean by a “Liberal,” then I’m proud to say I’m a “Liberal.” – JFK
